Location: Bastrop, Texas with work in surrounding counties
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years practicing family law in Texas
Practice Areas: Divorce, custody, child support, modifications, protective orders, and related family law matters
Compensation: $130,000+
Competitive salary plus performance incentives (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of family law cases from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, mediation, and trial.
- Provide direct counsel to clients, managing expectations and helping them navigate difficult circumstances with professionalism and empathy.
- Appear in court regularly and maintain strong relationships with local judges, court staff, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the Key Law Office team to advance client outcomes while supporting the firms high standards.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas, in good standing.
- At least 3 years of family law experience with a proven record of managing cases independently.
- Strong courtroom and client communication skills.
- Local practice experience in Central Texas preferred.
- Ability to balance assertive advocacy with empathy and professionalism.
