We’re looking for a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our Family Medicine Department in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering evidence-based medicine in a collegial environment. Candidates with special interest in LGBTQ+ health are encouraged to apply. The Family Medicine department consists of 31 physicians and 20 advanced practice clinicians. Our culture encourages collaboration between primary care and 40-plus specialties. Position details: Flexible schedules – four or five-day work week 100% outpatient; shared call among entire department Substantial starting and retention bonus Paid malpractice and tail coverage Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in We are rooted in Southwest Washington, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
