Well established out patient Medical Center is seeking a Family Practice physician to add to their growing staff.
This health organization has both primary care and specialty physicians on staff. The focus on prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases and family practice physicians providing bi-lingual, comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families.
Services provided are Adult and Family Medicine, Behavior Health, Dentistry, Family Planning, OB/Gyn and Midwifery, Pediatrics, Pharmacy and a walk-in wellness clinic.
They are a bi-lingual, bi-cultural organization that services a large Hispanic community. They have offices in the Chicago area.
They offer flexible schedules of daytime hours, 4-10hr shifts or 5-8hr shifts and very reasonable patient volume
