We’re looking for a results-driven, people-focused leader to take the helm at a high-volume fast-casual location and deliver outstanding performance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, set clear standards, and keep operations running smoothly while building a positive, high-accountability team culture.


Restaurant General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

• Base salary: $52,00-$58,000 depending on experience

• Quarterly performance bonus potential

Restaurant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of recent General Manager experience

• Fast casual restaurant or QSR concept experience required

• Proven ability to lead with professionalism, emotional maturity, and strong communication skills

• Hands-on leader able to maintain a positive work environment while holding staff accountable

• Financial acumen: ability to review COGS and labor reports, identify opportunities, and create actionable improvement plans

• Proactive and organized with experience in forecasting, intelligent scheduling, strategic prep, and ordering

• Flexible schedule with availability for early morning shifts

• Able to set boundaries and reset standards without creating a negative atmosphere


Restaurant General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

• Strong track record of improving operations and building high-performing teams

• Comfortable training and coaching on operational systems and processes

• Skilled in balancing operational demands with excellent guest service

• Experience leading both FOH and BOH operations in a fast-paced environment

• Experience managing drive-thru operations preferred
