About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Federal Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead quality efforts on a $100M new facility project-a cutting-edge development that demands precision, compliance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the Three-Phase Quality Control System for a large-scale federal project.
- Ensure compliance with USACE, Army Corps of Engineers, and other federal standards.
- Oversee quality assurance from planning through closeout.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and government representatives to maintain strict quality and safety standards.
- Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and ensure all documentation meets federal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing quality control on large federal construction projects (preferably $50M+).
- Strong knowledge of CQCM processes, EM 385-1-1, and federal safety regulations.
- Familiarity with vertical construction and complex facilities (e.g., hangars, secure facilities).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive quality across all project stakeholders.
- Active USACE QCM Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
