Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery/Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery The Department of Urology at Albany Medical College is growing rapidly and we are recruiting physicians in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery/Urogynecology/URPS. You would join established FPMRS/URPS specialist MDs along with 2 full time dedicated FPMRS/URPS advanced practice providers, strong nursing and administrative support, in a Department of 15 highly collaborative urology faculty. Department details: Accredited Urogynecology fellowship Multidisciplinary urogynecology education and clinics; collaborations include pain management, neurosurgery, interventional radiology, colorectal surgery, GI, PMR and pelvic floor physical therapy. World class pelvic pain clinic with Neurology and MIS Gynecology Excellent clinical facilities with easy patient access and free parking. In office ultrasound, fluoro-urodynamics, cystoscopy, laboratory technician Immediately adjacent to outpatient surgery center in same building Outstanding urology residency - one of the only programs in the country with fellowship trained faculty in every Urologic subspecialty. Regular student interactions – rotations are highly rated/valued by our students. Multiple opportunities for clinical and basic research, facilitated by three in-house clinical research staff to support the IRB process and research-participant interactions. Supported student and resident research rotations. Call responsibility: 1 in 10 to 1 in 15. Salary range: $325-$500K per year, commensurate with experience and academic rank.
