The ideal candidate will bring experience and passion for handling disputes involving trusts, estates, conservatorships, and fiduciary duties. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to complex litigation involving generational wealth, contested estate plans, fiduciary misconduct claims, and elder abuse matters.
Key Responsibilities:Handle all phases of trust and estate litigation, from pre-suit investigations to trial
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate filings
Conduct depositions and support trial teams in contested hearings and bench trials
Manage factual development, expert analysis, and case strategy
Advise clients on complex probate, fiduciary, and inheritance issues
3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to trusts and estates, fiduciary disputes, or complex civil litigation
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to handle sophisticated litigation independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and client service skills
Admission to the California Bar
Strong academic background
The salary range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
