Position Summary: TheField Canvassing Team Lead is responsible for hiring, training, anddeveloping a team of Field Canvassers to build Leaf Home brandawareness in pre-selected high-probability neighborhoods.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

  • Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives togenerate sales leads for sales representative follow up. 
  • Identify, schedule, and plan route calendar(including evenings and weekends) for team of Field Canvassers inassigned territory.
  • Manage a multi-teamterritory to generate customer lead generation.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team ofField Canvassers and create accountability through establishedmarketing goals and KPIs. 
  • Manage permitrequirements in assigned territories to ensure compliance withlocal ordinances and regulations.
  • Work closelywith the Field Canvassing Manager to collaborate with the localOperations and Installation Mangers to grow brand presence withinthe local market. 
  • Track and reportcanvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROIof territory. 
  • Responsible for exceedingsales lead quotas based upon establishedKPIs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned bysupervisor.

 Experienceand Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma orequivalent. 
  • 2+ years of managementexperience in field canvassing for direct-to-consumerindustry.
  • Experience in customer service and/orsales.
  • Experience in leadgeneration, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, andtraining marketing, canvassing, and/or event staff.
  • Knowledge of current best practices and newstrategies for canvassing and direct to consumer field marketing.
  • Ability to work outside in varyingclimates.
  • Ability to work evenings and/orweekends.
  • Ability to juggle various workactivities and shift their attention from one task to another tomeet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping theball.”
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up yoursleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
  • Holdoneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven inaccomplishing goals.
  • Detail-oriented and canfocus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effectivepathway to completion.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills at all levels to communicate withinternal and external stakeholdersarticulately.
  • Ability to logically connectideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies anderrors in work, solve complex problems, and engage inreflection.
  • Ability to provide timely andempathetic service through all communication channels keeping peerand customer needs first.
  • Must be legallyauthorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship foremployment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

 Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilitiesor Certifications:

  • Previous door-to-door canvassingexperience.
  • Home improvement knowledge and/orexperience.

 TravelRequirements:

  • Localtravel required.

 Overtime/Additional HoursRequirements:

  • Additional hours may be required (exemptpositions).

 PhysicalRequirements:

  • Fieldoffice/manufacturing/constructionenvironment.
  • Performs work outside in varyingtemperatures and climates.
  • Sedentary work.Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligibleamount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pullor otherwise move objects, including the humanbody.
