We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Field Engineers specialized in laptop and printer repair to join our technical team. Position Overview As a Field Engineer, you will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, printers, and networking equipment for our clients. This role is ideal for candidates who are technically skilled, hands-on, and passionate about solving hardware issues with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (motherboards, screens, keyboards, batteries, etc.) Perform part replacements, upgrades, and hardware testing ⚙️ Install and configure operating systems and essential software when needed ️ Repair and maintain printers (basic troubleshooting, part replacement, toner, drivers) Replace and configure routers and switches when required Provide deskside support and troubleshooting for IT equipment Maintain accurate repair logs and system updates Communicate repair status and recommendations with clients and internal teams ✅ Requirements ✔️ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in hardware repair ✔️ Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and replacing laptop and printer components ✔️ Familiarity with basic networking hardware (routers, switches) ✔️ Ability to handle installations and software configurations (basic level) ✔️ Good English communication skills (B2–C2) ✔️ Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail ✔️ Strong organizational skills; able to work independently or as part of a team What We Offer Opportunity to work with a global IT services provider Professional and supportive work environment Career growth and skill development in technical repair and IT support
