Elite Pro Protection is seeking dedicated, self-driven, and highly motivated individuals to join our elite team of Private Security Agents. We specialize in providing premier protection services for high-profile clients and critical infrastructures. Our Field Agents must embody professionalism, exceptional judgment, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.

Position Details

• Role: Part-Time Field Agent
• Hours: 824 hours per week (with the potential for additional hours based on operational needs)

Key Responsibilities

As a Field Agent with Elite Pro Protection, you will be responsible for:

• Personal & Property Protection: Safeguarding clients and designated sites.
• Threat Assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential risks through proactive observation.
• Surveillance: Monitoring environments with vigilance and maintaining a strong presence.
• Emergency Response: Responding swiftly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Clear Communication: Providing accurate, consistent communication with clients, team members, and command staff.
• Professional Discretion: Executing all operations with confidentiality and integrity.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work 8- and/or 12-hour shifts across:
  • Day, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Valid drivers license
• Active mobile phone for communication
• Must pass:
  • Full background check
  • Fingerprinting process
  • Criminal history clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Prior experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service
• Completion of a 24-hour Georgia Boardapproved training program (Use of Force, Report Writing, Emergency Procedures)
• Certifications in CPR, First Aid, or Tactical Combat Casualty Care
• Multilingual proficiency
• Familiarity with security technology, surveillance systems, or digital reporting tools

Physical Fitness Standards

All applicants must meet the following minimum fitness requirements:

1-Mile Run

• Men: 10:00 minutes or less
• Women: 10:00 minutes or less

Hand-Release Push-Ups (in 2 minutes)

• Men: 25 minimum
• Women: 12 minimum

Plank Hold

• Men: 1 minute 45 seconds
• Women: 1 minute 45 seconds
