Staffing Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

  • Split your time between the office and the field (about 50/50)
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage a territory through calls, prospecting, and in-person visits
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver great staffing solutions
  • Hit and exceed goals — and celebrate the wins

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales or staffing experience a plus, but we’ll train the right person
  • Outgoing, people-first attitude — you like talking to people and building relationships
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Comfortable with CRM and Microsoft/Google tools
  • Must pass background and drug screen
