Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment at our clients' industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various client sites to perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in industrial settings
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, motors, and other industrial equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other relevant safety standards
- Provide technical support and training to clients' staff
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or comparable is required
- 3+ years of experience as an industrial electrician
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, and industrial automation
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with high and low voltage systems
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E and arc flash safety procedures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions
