Field Service Representative at Insight Global

As an Entry Level Sales associate, you'll sell our client's products and services directly to customers through door-to-door selling. You'll explore various neighborhoods within your assigned territory, engaging with residents to offer Internet, TV, and phone services. If you thrive in an outdoor environment and prefer a role that keeps you on the move, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

Flexible Schedule:

Manage your own 40-hour work-week between 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday. Some Saturdays may be required during busy event season.

What You'll Do:

Engage with potential customers: Reach out to both new and existing prospects through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about the voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.

Conduct sales calls: Identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell services to prospective customers to achieve your sales targets.

Complete sales documentation: Accurately record and submit daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.

Oversee customer accounts: Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.

Create community buzz: Organize and participate in community events to create sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.

Compensation:

You will receive an annual base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped monthly commission. We also offer an additional $2,500 guaranteed supplement pay over the course of your first 2 months of employment. Those are paid as follows: $2,000 month 1, and $500 month 2.

You would also have an annual target commission of $30,000, which would be $2,500 in commission per month at goal. This annual target commission is the minimum you can achieve in commissions in a year, if you are just hitting your monthly quota. We offer uncapped commissions, so you are able to well surpass this target based on sales. If you are just hitting quota month over month, your minimum total cash compensation in your first year would be at $72,500 (includes $30,500 base, $2,500 guaranteed ramp, and $30,000 target commissions).
