Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized team. The group provides integrated and strategic counsel on a wide range of financial matters, including complex transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation.

Position Highlights:

  • Handle commercial litigation matters, including disputes between financial institutions and other business disputes.
  • Opportunity to work on Native American litigation, including sovereignty, gaming, and land disputes.
  • Role leans toward business litigation, not bankruptcy/restructuring.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years (ONLY) of litigation experience within an Am Law 100 firm (ideal sweet spot).
  • Strong commercial litigation background.
  • Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.
  • Preference for candidates with:

    • A 3.2 GPA or higher.
    • A strong writing sample.
    • Only one firm is listed on their resume.
