*Work with Progression, Inc. get your application bumped to the front of the line* Chief Financial Officer McLean, VA MUST: Experienced CFO 10+ Years of Experience Experience with Government Contracting Compliance: FAR, DFARS, CAS, and DCAA standards Experience with Indirect rate structures, pricing models, and cost accounting systems tailored for government contracts Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficient in Unanet, Deltek, QuickBooks Enterprise BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; CPA, CFA, MS/MBA is a plus DUTIES: Develops financial forecasts for each business they serve Manages financials on a monthly basis and measures key metrics like actuals vs. forecast, profit margin, NIM, cost of capital and others based on the businesses needs Government Contracting Compliance Ensure full compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and DCAA standards. Oversee indirect rate structures, pricing models, and cost accounting systems tailored for government contracts. Support proposal development and pricing strategies for RFPs, IDIQs, and task orders. Manage audit preparation and responses for federal and state agencies.Works with key leaders at the business, tax experts and other critical stakeholders Consistently looks forward in examining the businesses cash position, capital needs and evaluates options for any needed funding Implements process and financial solutions that meet the needs of the business Evaluates vendor contracts and proposed modifications as needed Provides input to pricing and customer agreements Prepares financials for long term vision and potential exits Sources insights from broader economic data and peer analysis Evaluate and optimize ERP, timekeeping, and project accounting systems (e.g., Unanet, Deltek, QuickBooks Enterprise). *Progression Inc. is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
