Financial Analysis & Controls 4 Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Financial Analysis & Controls for a contract position in Atlanta, GA. The opportunity will be four months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary: The Partner Incentives Controllership Team within Corporate Accounting has a body of financial work supporting companies' commercial incentives and investments. These incentives consist of strategic investments, campaigns and other custom agreements that cover various Partner types and solution areas. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Analyze financial data, attend meetings related to program incentives, governance and launches. Accounting Month-end close The team has grown to accommodate volume and complexity within these investments. The team is looking for finance and accounting assistance for controls assessments and financial execution processes. Their objective is to drive standardization and implementation of financial controls and create documentation that can be leveraged as guidance and procedural support. Additional work may also include reviewing incentives calculations against terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy. Qualifications:8 years or more of experience in Financial Analysis Matrix Organisation exposure Multi-national experience Partner Incentives Experience Accounting Month-end close Data Analytics GL Account Reconciliation Partner Incentives Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or MBA Large or tech company Accounting Experience (> 5-7 years), especially in a contractor role Strong knowledge of finance processes and financial policies and internal controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) AI & Copilot experience in particular Copilot for M365/Excel Experience with SAP GL systems, processes and journal entries Controllership knowledge especially in the areas of financial close, accounts receivable/payable Excellent communication skills, thought leadership, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills required Effective management of multiple priorities and the ability to prioritize to meet key deliverables Self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented with a strong desire to get things done and gain measurable results Proven technical accounting and critical-thinking skills Strong proficiency in MS Excel Experience documenting process flows using Visio and/or MS Word Preferred:Experience with partner incentives and investments Prior companies' experience, in particular within a controllership role Ability to review complex contracts Document and summarise terms and conditions Document and understand the financial statement impact Translate and review how partner earnings are calculated Project experience in working across multiple teams and geographic regions If this job is a match for your background, we would be honoured to receive your application!
