Our client is seeking a Financial Coordinator to support the business with a focus on financial analysis and reporting, providing accurate, timely information to Finance and leadership for decision-making. This role is onsite and reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

Financial Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Manage and track budgets, forecasts, and expenses, including invoice review.
- Support sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and report key findings to management.
- Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc financial reports.
- Collaborate with Finance partners to improve processes and standardize reporting.
- Maintain pricing data and matrices, ensuring accuracy.
- Provide reconciliations, data support, and assist with special projects.
Financial Coordinator Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting or reporting role
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience
- Experience working with large amounts of data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel; basic Microsoft Access.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills are a must.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
