Financial Analyst – Manufacturing | Dixon, IL

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Financial Analyst to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Dixon, IL. This role is a key business partner to plant leadership, providing financial insights that drive operational performance and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial reporting and cost analysis for product lines

• Support quoting and investment decisions with robust financial modeling

• Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

• Evaluate and maintain standard cost systems and variance analysis

• Act as a liaison between Finance, Materials, and IT for MRP-related processes

• Assist in preparing monthly earnings packages and participate in earnings calls

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies (SOX, GAAP)

• Mentor and develop junior finance team members

• Promote a safe and healthy work environment through active participation in safety programs

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)

• MBA or Master’s in Accounting is a plus

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial planning

• ERP experience required; SAP preferred

• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
