As the Financial Intelligence Supervisor, you'll lead a team of analysts dedicated to detecting and preventing financial crimes. You'll ensure investigations are accurate, timely, and compliant, while helping shape the strategies that protect our customers and organization. This role offers the opportunity to grow your leadership skills and contribute to a mission that makes a real difference.Key Accountabilities
Supervise and develop a team of Financial Intelligence Analysts through coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
Oversee the accuracy and quality of investigations, alert reviews, and escalation decisions.
Apply sound judgment to identify, document, and escalate suspicious activity, including potential SAR filings.
Partner with business lines to provide expertise on high-risk activity and escalation procedures.
Assess the effectiveness of surveillance tools and detection methods, recommending process improvements.
Provide guidance on complex or high-risk alerts and serve as a subject matter expert across departments.
Support management in implementing and enhancing policies, procedures, and workflows.
Act as a backup to management to maintain continuity and operational effectiveness.
Education & Experience
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, Banking, Security, Business, or Law Enforcement
3+ years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, Banking, or a related field
CAMS certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire)
Preferred
2+ years of supervisory experience
CFE certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire)
