Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate to join our client's Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in our client's Miami office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or judicial clerkship experience and superb research, writing, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience relating to commercial real estate, distressed loans, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability. Candidates should have significant legal writing experience including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda and discovery requests. Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team orientation to help grow and support our national practice. The ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively is required.
