Key Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial and technology agreements, including licensing, SaaS, platform, and outsourcing contracts.
- Advise financial services and technology clients on regulatory and compliance issues involving payment systems, digital wallets, mobile banking, and related fintech innovations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, and banking regulation matters.
- Support clients in product development and strategic transactions within rapidly evolving regulatory frameworks.
- Deliver practical, business-oriented legal guidance directly to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidate Profile- Education: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission: Active in relevant jurisdiction and in good standing.
- Experience: 3–6 years of substantive experience in commercial transactions, ideally focused on technology, fintech, or outsourcing.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex technology and service agreements.
- Experience or keen interest in digital payments, open banking, and fintech regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and client service excellence.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic practice.
