About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Fixed Assets to join our Finance team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fixed asset accounting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and maintaining accurate asset records to support financial reporting and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tracking, recording, and reconciliation of fixed assets in the company’s accounting system.

  • Oversee capitalization, depreciation, and disposals of assets in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Support monthly and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

  • Prepare detailed fixed asset reports and assist with internal and external audits.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and IT teams to maintain accurate asset data and streamline asset management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

  • 3–5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in fixed asset accounting.

  • Strong understanding of asset management, capitalization, depreciation methods, and accounting for disposals.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Oracle ERP Fixed Asset Module.

  • Background in large-scale or multinational asset management environments.

  • Proven ability to streamline processes and implement best practices.
