Work Schedule:- Standard work hours are 8am – 4:30 pm and 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm.
 - You will work at least one day each weekend.
 - You will also work over the Christmas holidays while the University is closed.
 
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.

Advertised Job Summary:University Housing is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated person to serve as a FIXX Assistant Call Center Specialist. The FIXX Assistant Call Center Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound calls, creating, and submitting service requests. Work hours will include evenings and weekends. 
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for answering inbound calls and entering information into a database.2. Build positive relationships with residents and staff, ensuring that all questions and requests are handled appropriately3. Frequently escorts outside contractors inside residence halls
4. Attend staff meetings on a regular basis
5. Coaching and training with student staff
6. Other duties as assigned by the Work Control Manager
7. Must be able to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Attention to detail and organization
Able to work on own
Experience and strong Customer Service Knowledge
Data entry experience
Experience in conflict resolution with Customers
High school graduate or equivalent.
