Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and address any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience. Provide top-notch customer service, assist clients on the floor, and maintain an inviting, organized environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure the floor is fully equipped with necessary products.
- Facility Maintenance: Regularly inspect and clean common areas, treatment rooms, and waiting areas to maintain a pristine environment that reflects the spa's high standards.
- Laundry Duties: Wash, fold, and organize towels, linens, and other essential items to support daily operations.
- Service Maintenance: Help maintain and ensure the functionality of equipment and service areas, keeping them in line with our high-quality standards.
- Event Support: Support special events, promotions, or client appreciation days by preparing the space, coordinating materials, and providing additional on-the-floor assistance as needed.
- Support for Practitioners: Assist estheticians, medical staff, and therapists with setting up and breaking down rooms between appointments to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not requiredwillingness to learn is what matters most!
