Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FOH team during daily service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

  • Maintain Chaplin’s high standard of hospitality, guest care, and service execution

  • Manage table flow, waitlist, pacing, and overall floor awareness

  • Support staff training, coaching, and performance development

  • Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively

  • Collaborate with the GM, bar team, and kitchen to ensure cohesive service

  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, opening/closing procedures, and staff communication

  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational standards at all times

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure

  • A hospitality-first mindset with a passion for great guest experiences

  • Familiarity with POS systems (Toast experience a plus)

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Food Manager or Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
