Job Description
Lead FOH team during daily service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Maintain Chaplin’s high standard of hospitality, guest care, and service execution
Manage table flow, waitlist, pacing, and overall floor awareness
Support staff training, coaching, and performance development
Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively
Collaborate with the GM, bar team, and kitchen to ensure cohesive service
Assist with scheduling, inventory, opening/closing procedures, and staff communication
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational standards at all times
1–3 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
A hospitality-first mindset with a passion for great guest experiences
Familiarity with POS systems (Toast experience a plus)
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Food Manager or Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
