The Role

FREVO is seeking a Floor Manager with a deep passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within a small, dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in creative environments, balancing meticulous service standards with an authentic, human touch. The Floor Manager will play a central role in maintaining FREVO’s seamless guest experience, while mentoring the front-of-house team and collaborating closely with management, the kitchen, and the sommelier teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in leading and mentoring the front-of-house team with a focus on consistency and finesse.

• Ensure smooth daily service and an exceptional guest experience. Find creative new ways to improve the guest experience.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and sommelier teams to deliver a cohesive story.

• Manage reservations, guest notes, and service pacing.

• Maintain operational standards and closing procedures. Find creative new ways of improving the employee experience (training, feedback, evaluation).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or similar position in fine dining

• Strong service knowledge. Solid knowledge of wine.

• Excellent communication and organization

• Calm under pressure, curious, and guest-focused
