Floor Manager at LaNoma Italian Steakhouse

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Floor Manager to join our fine dining Italian steakhouse team. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and the ability to lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives impeccable service from arrival to departure. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate servers, bussers, hosts, and support staff to maintain high service standards and teamwork.

• Daily Operations: Oversee dining room setup, reservations, table assignments, and pacing of service to optimize flow during service hours.

• Training & Development: Support onboarding, training, and continuous coaching of front-of-house staff to ensure consistency in service and product knowledge.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, Chef, and Bar Manager to coordinate service, special events, and menu presentations.

• Quality Control: Maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation of the dining room, ensuring it reflects fine dining standards.

• Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling, shift reports, tip distribution, and inventory of front-of-house supplies.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and liquor laws.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and service standards preferred.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
