Job Description

The Second Address is a new restaurant venture opening December 2025.  We're looking for an experienced floor manager to lead the front-of-house operations and team. Our menu features New American cuisine influenced by Mediterranean flavors and a
commitment to fresh, seasonal, local ingredients whenever possible. We proudly work with
local and regional suppliers who share our commitment to high quality, sustainable ingredients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Train and guide the floor staff, ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest interactions.
  • Oversee floor operations and support floor team with table service.  Be ready and willing to do what needs to be done to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build a culture of collaboration and respect.  We believe in team work and equity.  The floor manager must lead by example and ensure that these values are reinforced
  • Work closely with management and owner to plan and execute special events as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in upscale casual dining floor management.
Proficiency with Toast POS.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for hospitality and creating delicious, memorable experiences.

Schedule:

5 days a week, with open availability and flexibility for 5 shifts between PM services Tuesday through Saturday and brunch Saturday & Sunday.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($55,000- $60,000) based on experience
