Responsibilities

Lead Qualification: Engage with provided leads through calls to assess their potential interest and insurance needs.

Documentation: Accurately record details of interactions and call outcomes in the system.

Customer Interaction: Provide clear and positive communication to potential clients, gathering necessary information about their circumstances and requirements.

Feedback Loop: Deliver insights gained during lead interaction to the sales and marketing team, enhancing strategies and approaches.

Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for promising leads with senior sales representatives.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously refine call techniques and strategies.

Goal Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed personal and team call targets and objectives.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or lead qualification is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on building rapport.

Customer Engagement: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Adaptability: Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, effectively balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.

Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
