We are an expanding restaurant group with locations in Chicagoland. We are looking for an experienced FOH Lead. 

Job Duties:

• Training, developing, and managing the FOH team
• Setting, developing and maintaining all levels of hospitality
• Motivating and mentoring staff’s knowledge and development
• Inspiring and delighting our guests while providing upbeat, personal customer service 
• Comply with all safety, health and beverage regulations in order to protect against all legal liability
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness
• Ensuring the cleaning and maintenance of the cafe and equipment is up to standards
