Food and Beverage Manager, Southland Casino at Delaware North

Delaware North Gaming is searching for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will administrate all restaurant, kitchen, and bar-related functions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. • Hire, train, and manage an effective team, providing feedback on their job responsibilities and alignment to Delaware North programs
• Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff
• Coordinate menus and alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards

• Minimum three years of management experience (AGM or GM) in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Strong food knowledge with a variety of menus and previous experience supervising service team members required
• Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff
• No degree required
