About Us:
We are a thriving, high-volume ice cream shop known for friendly service, quality treats, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Manager who understands that exceptional customer service is our #1 priority.

Position Overview:
This is a dual-role leadership position, requiring both active floor presence in the shop and dedicated office hours. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day store operations—leading by example with customers and staff—while also managing scheduling, cash handling, and administrative responsibilities behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and model outstanding customer service at all times

  • Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

  • Work hands-on in the shop during peak hours to support staff and guests

  • Strategically build and manage employee schedules to match business needs

  • Lead, train, and retain a motivated, customer-first team

  • Handle cash, tips, deposits, and reporting with accuracy and accountability

  • Enforce cleanliness, food safety, and operational procedures consistently

  • Partner with office management on hiring, onboarding, and training

  • Balance time between shop floor leadership and office-based administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven management experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality (ice cream/quick-serve experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff

  • Demonstrated success in customer service, employee retention, and team development

  • Hands-on cash handling and reconciliation experience

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional references required from previous management positions in the industry

Availability:

  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Schedule includes both on-the-floor shop hours and office-based administrative hours
