Responsibilities
- Deliver food from kitchen to guests with precision, speed, and elegance
- Assist in expediting and coordinating orders with the kitchen and waitstaff
- Carry and present dishes using tray service and, when needed, French-style service techniques
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation and timing standards before delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Support the service team with resetting tables, running beverages, and responding to guest needs
- Uphold the high standards of hospitality and professionalism Casa Tua is known for
Experience
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Familiarity with tray service, expediting, and French-style service is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Morning availability is a must; open schedule and flexibility required
