ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver food items from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner.
• Assist servers and bartenders with their tasks.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and presentable.
• Clear and reset tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a runner in upscale casual restaurants/bar in New York
• Personable, positive, hospitable with a sharp sense of urgency while creating a warm & welcoming experience for guests
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume space
• Attention to detail, and a great team player
