Food Service Director Benefits and Compensation

• 10% annual performance bonus
• Eligible for benefits starting the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment
• Accrue 3 weeks (15 days) of vacation annually, plus 8 additional PTO days

Food Service Director Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Food Service General Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage $5+ million in budgets, costs, and forecasting
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams
• Strong communication and client relations skills, with a customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required)
• Ability to work an early morning schedule (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
• Must meet physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in a food service environment

Food Service Director Preferred Background & Skills

• ServSafe certification strongly preferred
• Experience in corporate dining, B&I, or government contract food service operations
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality dining experiences in a client-facing environment
• Proven success leading multi-station operations and building strong client relationships
