Red Hawk Solutions is looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman / Journeyman – Commercial Electrician to lead crews on-site, manage electrical installations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and up to code.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial job sites
Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and apprentices
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards
Work with project managers to meet timelines and resolve issues
Have experience running Electrical in Block walls
Manage material orders and track job site progress
Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment

Qualifications:

Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (as required by state)
5+ years of commercial electrical experience
2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of the NEC and local building codes
Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with a team
Organized, dependable, and safety-focused
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
All required hand and power tools necessary to complete all required tasks
