SKL'D is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman a top-performing electrical subcontractor specializing in complex, high-profile commercial projects—including hyperscale and co-location data centers.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in high-demand, high-reliability environments. You’ll oversee daily operations on large-scale data center projects, manage crews, and ensure that all electrical work meets code, safety, quality, and scheduling standards.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of electrical crews on-site

• Plan and delegate daily tasks in alignment with project schedules

• Interpret blueprints, one-lines, and installation drawings

• Oversee layout, installation, and termination of conduit, wire, and equipment (MCCs, switchgear, panels, etc.)

• Ensure adherence to NEC, job specifications, and safety standards

• Perform quality checks and resolve installation issues quickly

• Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades

• Mentor and train apprentices and journeymen

• Track progress and report daily to management

• 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience

• 7+ years in a foreman or supervisory role

• Experience on mission-critical projects, specifically data centers

• Strong understanding of large conduit runs, cable tray systems, grounding, and equipment installation

• Must be able to read and interpret electrical drawings

• Proficient in safety compliance (OSHA 10/30 preferred)

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time onsite

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus
