Framer & Wood Products Fabricator at ALH Building Systems

$17 - $20 hourly

• Craft with Precision: Cut, assemble, and fabricate wood-framed walls with accuracy and attention to detail. 
• Build to Specs: Assemble floor and roof trusses based on detailed drawings and specifications. 
• Measure with Mastery: Proficiently read and use a tape measure with accuracy up to 1/16”. 
• Operate Tools Safely: Efficiently use nail and staple guns, power tools, squares, and other machinery to create high-quality wood-framed walls and trusses. 
• Ensure Quality: Inspect and measure completed wall panels and trusses to meet rigorous quality standards. 
• Maintain a Safe Workspace: Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment to maximize efficiency and safety. 
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations. 
• Prioritize Safety: Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures during fabrication processes.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in interpreting and analyzing plans, shop drawings, and schematics. 
• Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with power tools and machinery is a must. 
• Detail-Oriented Mindset: A meticulous approach to ensure precision in every task.
