Territories: Open to candidates and clients across the United States (Remote Sales Accepted)


Compensation:



  • Earn up to 50% of gross profit (very high commissions, no cap)

  • $1,000/week draw paid monthly against commission

  • Uncapped earnings with full operational and dispatch support



Position Overview


We re hiring experienced, results-driven Freight Sales Reps to develop and manage client accounts nationwide. This is a remote-friendly, high-commission role for logistics professionals who want to work independently while backed by a responsive, asset-based operation.


As a Freight Sales Rep, you will be selling a full suite of logistics and transportation services with a strong focus on domestic full truckload (FTL).

  • Full Truckload (FTL): Dry van capacity with reliable, asset-backed equipment

  • Drop & Hook Freight

  • Regional & Long-Haul Trucking Services

  • Expedited Trucking Solutions

  • Dedicated Lane Opportunities

  • Freight Brokerage Services (if applicable)

  • Custom Shipping Solutions for recurring clients

  • Client-Focused Dispatch Support to ensure on-time pickup and delivery

Responsibilities



  • Prospect, pitch, and close new shipper accounts

  • Quote freight, negotiate pricing, and manage bookings

  • Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business

  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth load execution

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues



Ideal Candidate



  • 1+ years in freight sales, trucking, brokerage, or 3PL

  • Confident closer with strong communication and follow-up

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented

  • Existing book of business is a strong plus, but not required

  • Comfortable selling full truckload and dry van freight services
