Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office or clerical setting and be able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

  • Create and manage work orders

  • Accept and process tenant payments

  • Receive and input prospective tenant applications

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

  • Maintain organized records and files

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office or clerical environment preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
