Front Desk Account Specialist at Antonio Origlio Inc

SUMMARY: Origlio Beverage is a leading wholesale distributor of fine beer, cider, hard seltzer, and other progressive adult beverages. We are a 4th generation family-owned and operated business, founded in 1933, serving the 9 counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on delivering the taste of excellence.

POSITION SUMMARY: To take customer orders and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have about products, invoices, and deliveries. Is the main connection between customers, managers, sales representatives, and the operations department. The position is 100% in office, Monday – Friday, 8-4pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phones in a timely manner
• Place orders for on and off premise accounts
• Enter email, voicemail, and fax orders
• Help customers with any questions or concerns about their account
• Track and apply credits and debits for customers
• Reconcile invoices when drivers return from their route

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION:

1. Must have good listening and communication skills
2. Must have knowledge of our portfolio
3. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication)
4. Ability to multi-task
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
6. Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D certification and 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent job duties or participant in High School Co-op program.
