As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a professional, responsible, and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our well-established team. What Were Looking For


  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking required)

  • Previous medical facility experience is required; chiropractic facility experience is preferred.

  • Prior front desk or office administrative experience is preferred.

  • Health insurance and personal injury care knowledge preferred (training available)

  • Strong phone and computer skills

  • Upbeat, professional, resourceful, and self-motivated

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and health-oriented

  • Team player who also thrives independently

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Office management experience is preferredthis role has growth potential!

Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome and check in/out patients with a warm and professional demeanor

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns

  • Answer phones, manage voicemails, emails, faxes, and appointment inquiries

  • Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, and law firms for personal injury cases (training provided if no prior experience)

  • Maintain appointment schedule and ensure smooth patient flow

  • Collect payments (cash, check, or credit card) and manage receipts

  • Keep the office and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming

  • Verify insurance eligibility (training provided)

  • Handle chart filing, documents, and supply ordering

  • Support providers with case management and treatment needs

  • Assist with back office duties as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications


  • Associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred

  • 12 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Position Details


  • Hours: Full-time

  • Compensation: $20-22/hour based on experience
