As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face and the trusted point of contact for our guests. From check-in to check-out, your role is to deliver exceptional hospitality with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine smile. The Element by Westin in Uptown Albuquerque, is adding to the front desk team!
You are responsible for delivering outstanding service throughout the check-in and check-out process, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service. You will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining accuracy in reservations, financial transactions, and front office and hotel procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/out process
• Answer phone/email inquiries and assist with reservations
• Handle guest requests, issues, and room assignments
• Post charges, process payments, and close shift accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk environment
Must-Haves:
• Ability to stand for full shifts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with basic computer systems
• Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
Nice-to-Haves:
• Hotel front desk experience
• Familiarity with Hilton, Marriott, or similar PMS systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
