Hotel LBI Part-Time $17.00 an Hour

We are looking for a qualified front desk agent with a positive mindset to join our team.

  • Please have solid references
  • Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality/Customer Service experience

  • Flexible to cross train and for emergency coverage
  • Punctual and Reliable
  • Task-driven individual
  • Prior Guest Service Experience
  • Can work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
  • Accommodate guest requests
  • Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
  • Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
  • Handling cash payments
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
