The Bend Super 8 is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service at our hotel. The idea candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have a memorable experience during their stay.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Assist guests with check in and check out processes efficiently
- Handle guests inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate phone systems to answer calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Perform night audit duties to ensure accuracy in guest billing and accounting processes
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk, guest services, or hotel environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with resort operations is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
