As a Front Desk Agent at the Fairfield San Marcos, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is as comfortable and seamless as possible. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, with a passion for creating positive first impressions and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests warmly and efficiently handle the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth experience for every guest.
Reservation Management: Manage room availability and open availability to ensure maximum occupancy. Assist with room assignments and resolve any booking issues.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, handling requests, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Hotel Operations: Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests and the property is well-maintained.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
