The Doubletree by Hilton Pittsburgh - Green Tree is currently hiring for the position of Front Desk Agent/Guest Service. Duties for this position include:
- Greeting and checking in guests.
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Facilitating solutions to guest problems.
- Assisting guests with reservations.
- Being the guest's initial experience with the hotel and setting the stage for the rest of the stay.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend shift
- Holidays
· Previous Hilton and OnQ operating system experience is a PLUS.
· Checks guests in and out of the hotel.
· Manage guest requests and delegate tasks accordingly with other departments.
