The Doubletree by Hilton Pittsburgh - Green Tree is currently hiring for the position of Front Desk Agent/Guest Service. Qualified candidates should be dedicated, and self-motivated and willing to work together to maintain the company's high standards of customer service. Duties for this position include:

  • Greeting and checking in guests.
  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Facilitating solutions to guest problems.
  • Assisting guests with reservations.
  • Being the guest's initial experience with the hotel and setting the stage for the rest of the stay.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekend shift

Requirements:

· Previous Hilton and OnQ operating system experience is a PLUS.

· Checks guests in and out of the hotel.

· Manage guest requests and delegate tasks accordingly with other departments.
