Position Summary:
Chirocare of Florida is seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting, and preferably in a chiropractic office, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with our team, including the doctor and chiropractic assistant, to ensure smooth daily operations. Position will be 25-31 hours per week.
Business Hours :

  • Monday: 9 AM 12 PM, 3 PM 6 PM
  • Tuesday: 11 AM 2 PM
  • Wednesday: 9 AM 12 PM, 3 PM 6 PM
  • Thursday: 9 AM 12 PM, 3 PM 6 PM
  • Friday: 9 AM 12 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction: Answer incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Patient Documentation: Upload and manage patient documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and assist in coordinating the doctors schedule.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the doctor and chiropractic assistant to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties such as filing, managing patient records, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Bilingual Communication: Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical office setting; chiropractic office experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools; experience with chiropractic software a plus.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
