Located in the heart of Miami Beach, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests. As our Front Desk Attendant, you’ll be at the center of our guests’ experience, ensuring their stay is smooth and enjoyable. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
- Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Handling reservations, payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Addressing guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar front desk, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (a plus!).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
