Responsibilities
- Greet Members and maintain fast paced flow of sessions
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Respond to customer questions, issues, and scheduling sessions
- Respond to new leads entering the system
- Coordinate consultations and walking new bookings through their first sessions
- Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service
Requirements
- Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
- Passion for health and wellness
- Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
